HZS100 fully automatic concrete blending station is a concrete blending & preparation equipment package consisting of material supply, material preparation, agitation and electrical control components etc.

The main agitation machine of this station applies double-horizontal beam forced agitator and the kernel material preparation section applies concrete batching machine, material loader and electronic scale for dosage. Cement is stored in cement warehouse, conveyed by a helical conveyor and weighed by a cement scale. Water is stored in a water tank and water accumulation pond, supplied through a pump and weighed by a water scale. After liquid additive is uniformly agitated in the additive storage tank, it is pumped to an additive scale for dosing through a stainless steel corrosion-proof pump.
