HPD1600 concrete mix-preparer is a kind of automatic mix-preparers used together with agitator. The machine can automatically follow concrete formula set by customer and complete the material batching recipes for several kinds of kernel materials such as sand and stone that match the number of material storage hoppers. The material batching machines for four kernel materials can also be designed and manufactured according to different requirement of customers.

The machine consists of material feeder, weighing system and electrical control system etc. It is characterized by a "-" arrangement of three feeders, convenient material charging into the loader, material supply by belt conveyor and lever + single sensor weighing with accurate dosage.
