HPD1200/HPD1200II/HPD1200III concrete mix-preparer are automatic material batching equipment used together with agitators. The machine can automatically follow the concrete formula set by customer and complete the material batching recipes for several kinds of kernel materials such as sand and stone that match the number of material storage hoppers. The machine consists of material feeder, weighing system and electrical control system etc. The machine is characterized by a "-" arrangement of three feeders, convenient material charging into the loader, material supply by belt conveyor and lever + single sensor weighing with accurate dosage.
